Opening and closing it is simple, and I love that the angle can be adjusted to keep us shaded regardless of the sun's position.

We likely won't need to buy another outdoor patio umbrella for a long time. This product is well-built, and with the base we bought separately, we're no longer worried about the umbrella being blown over by the wind.

The fabric quality is superb. It's noticeably cooler under the umbrella. It's heavier and sturdier than any other brand I've bought over the years.
